Pilot Program

LIGHTYEAR Holodeck™ Pilot Program

Timeline
Holodecks that will be delivered as part of the Pilot Program will be delivered by November
15th, 2024. Customers will be expected to create content with the machines and provide us
with feedback on our hardware and software.

Delivery
You will receive a form to fill out shipping details one month before your delivery date. The
shipping cost is included in your Pilot Program payment.

Warranty
Pilot Program Holodeck units will be covered under our standard warranty, as outlined in
our Warranty Document.

Payment
Each Pilot Program Holodeck will cost $2500 USD, plus applicable taxes. Should you choose
to option a battery, it will cost $500 USD plus applicable taxes additionally per Holodeck.
Payments can be made via Paypal, Check, or ACH. Before purchase, you will receive a
document outlining which machines you will be purchasing along with our banking details
for payment.

Refunds/Returns
Your deposit/payment per machine will be fully refundable at any time before delivery.
Pilot customers have the ability to return the machines to us for 30 days for a full refund as
well after delivery. Contact us at contact@lightyearinc.com for assistance with refunds and
returns.

Contingency Plan
Should Lightyear Technologies, Inc. be no longer able to provide business services, all
hardware and software features will still function on the Holodeck aside from cloud
connectivity. Data will be stored on the device and can be accessed via your network. All
deposits will be repaid to customers if this happens pre-delivery.
