LIGHTYEAR Holodeck™ Warranty Document

Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies to all fitness equipment ("Holodeck") manufactured and sold by
Lightyear Technologies, Inc. ("Lightyear"). The warranty coverage extends to the original
purchaser ("Customer") and is non-transferable.

Duration of Warranty
- Electronics, Frame, and Mechanical Components: Lightyear warrants these parts against
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of
delivery.
- Cushions and Casings: Lightyear warrants these parts against defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

What is Covered
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and
maintenance. Lightyear, at its discretion, will repair or replace any defective parts during
the warranty period.

What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
1. Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, or maintenance.
2. Damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect.
3. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
4. Normal wear and tear.
5. Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or other external causes.

Claim Procedure
To make a warranty claim, the Customer must:

1. Contact the Company's customer service department at contact@lightyearinc.com .
2. Provide proof of purchase, including the original receipt or invoice.
3. Provide clear images or a detailed description of the defect.
4. Follow any additional instructions provided by Lightyear's customer service team.
Lightyear reserves the right to request the return of defective parts for inspection before
approving a warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability
Lightyear's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective
parts as described herein. In no event shall Lightyear be liable for any incidental,
consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Additional Terms
This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company
regarding the Product's warranty coverage and supersedes any prior agreements or
understandings. No modification or amendment to this warranty shall be valid unless
made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
